![]() While I say I will keep them for the second run I know this will not happen as like most Tales games I do as much as I can in the first run and then end up doing most of it all again in the second run Rinse and repeat until you get his Element Hunter title to level 2. Do each one a few times and then move on to the next one. My suggestion is hit up the lvl 4 admin zones on the highest difficulty you can manage without being destroyed (in higher difficulties gear can drop with more random skills on it), those zones literally rain gear like it's a pinyata filled with equipment. If it doesn't carry over it'd take you longer in the long run to re-do everything with it than it would be if you got it now while you had progress toward it. Best I can suggest is to be on the safe side and get the 2nd level of his title before doing NG+, just to be sure. Is that true? Because I just finished the game and I wanted to start a 2nd playthrough ASAP but if that particular title doesn't carry over should I get the title trophy first before I start a new game? Or would it be easier to just rediscover everything on NG+?Ī couple of people on here have reported that they had issues with theirs on NG+ as well. I read somewhere on gamefaqs that the progress for Rokurou's element hunter title doesn't carry over to NG+? Like the number of skills discovered is there but the hidden counter literally resets to 0 so the number doesn't go up until I rediscover all the skills. I'm still confused about this Tales' battle system. If I had to pick one that might be helpful early on I'd say maybe the one that increases the speed in which you master skills on gear, since you get a lot of your power in battle from mastering a lot of skills (they are cumulative, for example if you master a +10 atk skill and then master another +10 atk skill when you go into your gear skills by pressing the triangle button you will see you have a +20 atk) Generally though the game isn't very difficult, the terrible battle system makes things harder than they need to be.Īround the end of the game I equipped titles specific to what I was doing, for example when I was farming items I equipped the ones that increased item drop rate. Course I also played the game on "Simple" difficulty so there was no need for me to min/max. I didn't pay much attention to that in my play through, I just went with the ones that increased my stats the most. What are the best titles to use while playing? I have been switching to the ones with decrease SG or increase stun duration. ![]() ![]() Hexa Strike > Roaring Thunder > Roaring Thunder > Hexa Strike > Hold down R2 until she uses her 3rd Soul Break (Strike Drei) > Once you see her use Strike Drei stop holding down R2 and hold down L2 to use Mystic Arte. ![]() You may need this info later so here it is for Eleanor: Also Deceiving Pummel has a relatively slow animation, so you can easily count out 4 uses before you start holding R2.Įleanor's is a bit tricky too, I had to experiment to get the right setup for her also. The good thing about the above is that you have about 4 or 5 seconds left when you activate your Mystic arte, so there isn't a tight time window like Magilou. ![]() Could somebody be please kind enough to give me a proper artes Setup for Eizen for attempting the 'Combo Artist' title at the slashing mini game?
